- Product Releases: Product releases/updates are planned quarterly and enhancements are determined by client requests, focus groups, healthcare consultants and Misys Healthcare Systems' R&D staff.
- Implementation & Training: Varies depending on customer's requirements and complexity. Typical installation is between one to six months. Training includes comprehensive curriculum of on-site, classroom, and computer-based-training courses.
- Support: More than 50% of staff are employed in support roles. Customer hotline is available 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Saturday - Sunday. Emergency service is available after published hours on an hourly basis.
