Build a chart note quickly and easily by selecting structured text from glossaries, entering vitals or writing free text. Add medications, allergies, problems and procedures to a chart note. With Misys EMR, you can preview a chart note as you are creating it and print or fax it on demand. Use Coding Assistant to check chart notes for CMS coding compliance.
